Scuba Diving
Grand Cayman is the world's best-known dive destination. Year round, warm, crystal-clear water combined with magnificent, unspoiled coral reefs, schools of colorful fish, friendly stingrays, and spectacular vertical wall formations teeming with sea life make Grand Cayman a diver’s paradise. The two East End dive operators are Ocean Frontiers and Redsail Water Sports.

Snorkeling
With a variety of barrier and patch coral reefs ranging from 2 feet to 20 feet in depth, enjoy over five miles of untouched reefs filled with colorful marine life. Swim with Parrot Fish, Angel Fish , Trumpet Fish, Sea Cucumber, Flamingo Tongues, Sea Fans and much more in waters with no current. Snorkeling is offered on the East End by Ocean Frontiers & Redsail Water Sports

   
Sailing
Even if you've never sailed before, simple tri-marans are fool-proof and available nearby. A short orientation is all that is needed before setting sail. More experienced sailors may want to contact the Cayman Islands Sailing Club, located in Red Bay, where you can rent a variety of sail boats. The Club's sailing experts provide lessons as well. Sailing is offered on the East End by Redsail Water Sports.

 
Golf
Grand Cayman features two world class golf courses:
  • The Links at SafeHaven is an 18 hole championship golf course offering 6,605 yards and a par 71 course close to Seven Mile Beach and only five miles from George Town.
  • The Britania Golf Club is the Caribbean's first signature Jack Nicklaus golf course, with three courses in one. A nine-hole championship regulation course with an 18-hole, par-57 executive course built in. Its an experience not to be missed in Grand Cayman!
 
Windsurfing
Windsurfing is another popular water sport for visitors and residents. East End is considered one of the best spots on the entire island for windsurfing due to its protected lagoon and prevailing breezes. Windsurfing is offered on the East End by Redsail Water Sports.
 
Sea Kayaking
Dip a paddle in to the crystal clear waters surrounding the Cayman Islands and discover a beauty and wonder that you will never forget. Kayaking is for absolutely everyone, all ages, all sizes.
